Our second doctor's visit just ended and everything is looking great! We are on the last week of the first trimester and Dr. Blair said that if something (miscarriage) were to happen it most likely would have already happened and it is not common for a miscarriage to happen beyond this point. This was great news for us and very comforting. Thank you, God.

On the news about identical or fraternal... Doc said we may not be able to tell for sure until birth! Which totally contradicted what I had originally thought lol So unless they are a boy and a girl (different sex, which would identify them as fraternal) we won't know for sure until looking at them at birth, and furthermore, until after the nurses have studied the placenta under a microscope. Interesting stuff there folks!
Overall, great news on this visit. Momma has gained the normal amount of weight thus far and is feeling much better as of late. Dad has been having frequent baby dreams, mostly girls appearing in these dreams, for what it's worth.
